1. Parents MUST ensure their child is suitably fed and has water before all training and matches. Parents must also ensure their child brings their own water for training and matches to keep hydrated

  2. Parents MUST do their best to ensure players arrive before the allocated time and are collected promptly. If running late please call your child’s coach directly. Unless informed by the coach otherwise:

    • On match days, players should arrive a minimum 30 mins before kick-off. (Coaches may ask players to arrive earlier)

    • Players should arrive a minimum 15 mins before the start of training. (Coaches may ask players to arrive earlier)

  3. Parents MUST respect the club’s and coach’s philosophy and must abide by, and follow, all club polices and procedures. This including ensuring the fees are paid on time (or alternative arrangements be made via club treasurer).

  4. Parents MUST be available to attend meetings after training if required; the club will provide sufficient notice and do it’s best to accommodate a date/time suitable to all. Parents can also discuss their child’s progress and/or other issues with the coach at anytime.

  5. Parents should clap and cheer when they see anything good from any player be they our team or the opposition. Parents should not offer technical / tactical advice at games or training. Please refer to this article for more information about why we insist on this.
